We are a shareholder of DMS Deutsche Möbelspedition. This nationwide cooperation of medium-sized moving companies and logistics providers creates a finely structured network of specialist companies in Germany and abroad. This allows us to offer nationwide and worldwide transport services at the highest level. Our customers benefit from this as well.

Comprehensively certified services: Quality and environmental management

Quality is a top priority for us. And we can even provide it in writing: through the DMS quality management system and certification in accordance with DIN ISO 9001. We are regularly audited by TÜV Rheinland to ensure that we continue to meet the requirements for certification. In addition, we are certified in accordance with DIN EN 12522:1998. This standard defines binding quality requirements for consultation, packing, transport, assembly, punctuality, claims handling and staff qualifications.

Membership in the AMÖ umbrella association

The Federal Association for Furniture Removal and Logistics (AMÖ) is the umbrella association of German furniture removal companies. Selected moving companies that are members of the association may also regard the AMÖ certificate as a seal of quality. Among other things, the association’s »ten commandments« require work in accordance with the principles of a prudent businessperson, transparent quotations, regular training and environmentally responsible practices.

FEDEMAC

In der Federation of European Movers Associations (FEDEMAC) e.V. sind die nationalen Verbände der Möbelspeditionen aus 14 Ländern organisiert, darunter auch die AMÖ. Die FEDEMAC ist als eingetragener Verein in Deutschland registriert. Sie vertritt die Interessen von mehr als 3.000 Umzugsunternehmen und Neumöbellogistikern. Als Teil der AMÖ ist DMS Arnold & Hanl automatisch auch Teil der FEDEMAC.

SVG Certification Service GmbH, based in Frankfurt/Main, has been certifying quality and environmental management systems in the transport and logistics sector for decades. As a competent partner for the transport and logistics industry, SVG works with around 800 companies throughout Germany and other European countries — including DMS Arnold & Hanl.

The international IAM association represents more than 2,000 companies in over 170 countries.
